Limited Liability & Indemnity

1. Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Edging's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase on this website is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, landscaping or contractor costs, or damage caused by installation over buried services that were not checked before installation.

2. What This Does Not Limit

Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights under United States federal or state law. Our Refunds & Returns Policy continues to apply in full.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Check for buried utilities, irrigation, and cables before installing any edging
• Wear the supplied safety gloves when handling steel edging
• Use the products only for their intended landscaping purpose
• Follow the installation guidance on the product pages

4. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify American Edging against claims arising from misuse of the products, modification of the products, or installation carried out in disregard of the guidance above, except to the extent the claim results from our own negligence or a product defect.
